I know this episode was almost a year ago now and you likely won't read this but I just wanted you to know you don't need to feel guilty at ALL about taking a vacation. You also have every right to complain about spending money. You are absolutely NOT responsible for others' triggers. The majority of us know your heart and that you're not just spending frivolously. 2024-02-06 21:29:06 +0000 UTCOmg I JUST joined Patreon strictly to get more Morgan/tht content but I am laying here on my couch in agonizing pain from fibromyalgia & these episodes help distract me/life my spirit❤️🩹❤️😢 same as u mindi NOTHING helps but strong ass pharmaceuticals which I don’t want to take but end up having to, I tried cbd plus like a billion other things over 7 yrs that haven’t helped, I feel a tiny bit better/understood that I’m not alone with this debilitating disease. I’m sorry if I sound insensitive, I genuinely don’t care what people do with their lives or who you wanna date but saying that straight people “appropriate their culture” like what? Some of this shit is ridiculous honestly. Gatekeeping a general statement is dramatic and gives people in that community a bad name. I call my man my partner in some settings to sound more professional and because he IS my partner in life he’s my other half like what? I personally thought this guest was kind of obnoxious but I love Morgan and how accepting she seems to be of everyone. This girl just got in my nerves and tried too hard to be funny and she’s just not.

So there is something in this episode that didn’t sit right with me and I keep coming back to it so I feel I need to say something: At one point in the episode Ashley said something about not using the term partner if you aren’t gay. As a gay person myself (I can’t speak for everyone but my queer friends and I have talked about it and we all agreed here) PLEASE call your partner just that. Partner. To me this means you are safe. When I meet someone it’s always like I have to come out all over again. Can I say girlfriend is it safe? Will they judge me. I can tell you no straight person using the term partner has ever come off as an unsafe person. I can also say (and this is just speculation) any gay woman that doesn’t want you to use the term partner is because they hear it and assume you ARE gay and someone they can sleep with. Personally man or woman if you’re taken you’re taken. There is something slimy behind gay people not liking straight people using that term if you ask me, but maybe I’m just bias because of the mouth it came out of. Moral: Morgan please keep using the term partner.

As someone who idealizes suicide, I’ve made a lot of jokes that end with “kys”. You learn to be more sensitive, or you don’t and you’re an ass 🤷🏻♀️ all we can do is watch and see how she changes in the future for the better.

Morgan i know you are super sensitive, and while kindly put- im sure some of these comments are getting to you. you met ashley in real life- allow yourself to trust whatever your intuition is about her 🤎

2023-08-01 05:31:29 +0000 UTCUgh I'm so sorry you deal with that! I have a friend with it and it's brutal. When I did horse therapy I worked with a woman who has it and she said that riding horses was truly the first thing to help with her pain. So may be worth a shot if you have access.

2023-08-01 03:16:05 +0000 UTCI have fibromyalgia (& endometriosis) so I 100% feel you on the pain that CBD doesn't even help. I use CBD on good days, but on a harder day, nothing but prescription meds even touch it and still, that just barely takes the edge off. I never take prescription meds though, I just suffer 😂
