Ive actually got irl group therapy that day 😅 and i think i wont be mentally able to do two sessions ❤️ but still, thank you

Had to miss group therapy today, but I’ll definitely be there next month, I’m having some struggles this month and overwhelmed, but I’ll see you next month, and it’ll right after my birthday, so hopefully I will be in a better head space! I hope you, and all the group therapy friends, old and new, are doing well!!
