Group therapy call!!

Wow did august get away from us with the live show and traveling home to Minnesota for some rest and relaxation. Want to make sure we get our group call in so giving you some options to see what works best!
Tomorrow aka Tuesday at 7pm, Wednesday at 7pm or having two in September :) comment what you’d prefer and thanks for being so patient!!
