2024-04-30 14:18:36 +0000 UTCreally relating to the not feeling great in your body convo. i’ve also been exhausted over the last year or so, making it hard to workout regularly and i’m still constantly comparing myself to what i looked and felt like at the end of college (2020) when i had the time. I want to be there again, but it’s been a real struggle.
