- you'll need the monkey bar for poses from 4 to 13
- no descriptions in the poselist in game. Sorry, I don't know the names of these exercises and my english is limited, I didn't know how to describe them XD you'll find thumbnails as always, I think you will be able to understand from them.
You will need: Poseplayer & Teleport Any Sim
