Issue 9 Progress

Just to let you guys know, we'll need at least another week to work on this. Since you guys are what's actually what makes the comic possible, I wanted you all to know why there is a delay.

This next issue is about Niixa's backstory.  Niixa, as you've seen  from some prior issues, is from a very alien world.  Ringtail (Niixa's creator) and I have been working on actually writing out the next issue, but we also need time to build the sets in Second Life.  Because we need to make sure everything follows a certain style, we want to build most, if not all, the sets ahead of time.  We also want to have the script written ahead of time so we don't run into problems like with the last issue - that caused me some burnout and caused some of the pages to get stalled due to lack of script.

This one is heavily relying on Ringtail to write (The rest of us don't have much input on Niixa's backstory).  And of course, RT has a full time job, so I can't push him anymore than I can be pushed to get this stuff out in time.

So that's why we're taking the next week off again.  However, we don't want to leave people empty handed, especially when you're donating your hard earned money for us to make the comic.  So we're going to be doing some public AMAs for the characters.  These will be posted on DA and Kaerwyn's comic home (With a link to DA).

Be sure to specify which characters you are addressing.  (Renard, Callie, Tunc, Niixa or Endymion).  Or if you want to hear the answer from all of them, you can just say 'all'.

In addition, the RP versions of the characters and the comic versions of the characters are very, very different. We will be defaulting to the comic versions for answers. If you specifically want to address the RP versions, you'll need to point that out in your question.

That's all for now.  If you guys would like ,we can post progress screenshots of the builds in Second Life if you want. We'll also have them in a spot that's accessible to the public. You can feel free to wander around as long as you don't mess with the sets (And if I need to take screenshots, you'll have to get out of the way.)
