PLANNING STUFF

Hello patrons and visitors! I gotta report what I'm doing to ya!
1. Commissions
I had a good first round of commissions last week! I got all eight Single-Character commissions finished in just three days. I was planning to work on just one 3-Character Set commission per week like I did before, but I figure I can earn more money if I try to finish more than one per week, so I'll see if I can adjust my schedule to accommodate that.
 I'm hoping to do a round of commissions each week, so the income will be pretty consistent, so if you miss your chance one week, don't worry! They'll likely re-open the next week :)
2. Patreon-Exclusive Content
- I'm gonna figure out how I might continue giving my patrons early access to my finished 3-Character Sets, like I did last year. If I end up making more than one per week, patrons will probably get to see the finished sets several weeks before they get released publicly, since I won't post them on my other socials as often as I finish them, but I will try to do that here :)
- I've done some planning for two of the big long-term projects I want to work on: my "Make Stories" project, and my "Project Slick Encyclopedia" project.
For my Story project, I've got a basic process I plan to follow, working from general to specific. Having a series of steps like this is SERIOUSLY helpful for me, personally. I like knowing what I'm supposed to do before I try doing it, lol.
 
And here, I've figured out what kinds of things I want to include in my Project Slick Encyclopedia. I'm thinking about it almost like I'm putting together a video game, identifying all the important pieces within a level, and then designing those pieces for several different levels. My plan is to doodle a bunch of things for each category, add written descriptions for each of those things, then kinda evolve and clean up the doodles I like best, turning them into legit-looking concept art/encyclopedia entries.
 It's been forever since I did something substantial with Slick and the others. I've never truly dedicated time to getting my ideas out of my head and turning them into useable, workable drawings, so I'm really excited to get to work on these projects!
