That is exactly what it looks like. That is a roided up super powered Casey Jones crackling with electricity and about to kill someone with a Hadouken, and beside him is none other than Judge Dredd who just so happens to be a goddamn werewolf today.
Do i even need to say anything more? No. I don't. Just... look at it. I'm not even gonna waste your time with a long post because i know you're dying to know what those images are about. Works of art like these should be hung in a gallery, not wallowing in dollar bins and sitting boardless next to some dumb shit like Marvel's Diversity Pals or Spider-Man getting cucked for the 700th time.
These two comics alone make this an all-time great panel-cast episode. I also reviewed other comics but i'm having trouble remembering what they even were. They don't matter.
