The Buff Movie Buffs are back to rip-ass and riff on the ass-kickinist flick that ever kicked, Mortal Kombat. The real Mortal Kombat, not the crappy new one. God, this movie rules. Join us as we partake in the three greatest vices, over-eating, over-drinking, and over-Mortal Kombatting.

We had to watch the movie twice in a row because the internet connection was shit the first time. The result of this being that we made all the intelligent observations the first time, so thank God you don't have to hear that. Instead you get to enjoy the complete babbling chuckle-fuck insanity of the second attempt.

The Cine-Masochist is my net hetero soul bro, and anytime we get together to Pirate Bay and Kill it's always a blast. Pete is a trivia beast with infinite knowledge of all things 80s/90s zinema, and he and I share many things, such as the best possible taste in movies, and the sense of humor of an 11 year old. A very cool 11 year old. 

So in addition to his interesting factoids about the movie's production and the talent involved, you also get to enjoy listening to us spend the entire movie laughing our demented asses off over an extra who makes a funny noise, Jean-Claude Van Damme doing too much cocaine and forgetting he banged Kylie Minogue, and most legendary of all, the epic saga of Goro Vs. Worf. It's all exactly as cool as it sounds.

This movie is a masterpiece and Goro rules. Instead of watching the shitty new mortal kombat movie and pretending it's good, do something cool. Watch the original, do a bunch of cocaine, challenge Sub-Zero to a fight, get your ass kicked, forget about all of it, and listen to two Buff Movie Buffs riff on the whole thing. That ought to leave a big smile on ya, ear... to ear.
