Pay-up-front starting from today/tomorrow

These past few days I have felt disheartened. It hasn't been many days since my Patreon has been up and yet I have encountered a series of "pledge-dodgers" as the internet calls them.
They pledge for a tier, get immediate access to the content and after downloading everything they cancel their pledge, which leaves me with no payment for the content I have provided.
Forgive me for not posting regularly, I have been down because of this situation.
I didn't think I will have any issues with the monthly plan up until now. After some depressing research, I decided to change my payment to up-front, which means you will be charged immediately after pledging for the current month.
I have changed the plan but I am unsure whether will it activate immediately or needs a couple of hours to do so.
This won't affect you guys that have pledged before the change.
