With the english version, its funny casue we heard Loose first and now hearing the Korean version. It sounds wrong to me haha. And I know its not much of an excuse but Romance Untold was a studio album length and this was a mini album. Maybe thats why they are short?

But yeah, maybe no new songs for a while (Btw... txt announced a comeback for july!) The ep... is good, I guess. I love 'too close' and 'helium', too. 'Bad desire' brings back good memories from my teens... but I have to say: after the hype they created pre-release... I expected more. Overall great songs but now a few.aays later... it feels a bit underwhelming to be honest Pity.

It's like... okay, good, THEY still get it even if their idiot production staff lost the memo somewhere along the way. We can always count on our boys to understand us. <3

I am so gladdd some people in chat were saying its Jay's Era (although everyone slayed!). From having great high notes to slaying choruses and writing + producing Helium! He really stood out, so proud of him!

I think that’s why I was so frustrated was because they’ve been doing it for a while and I’m like brooo stop hahaha yeah I do think overtime I’ll be more indifferent about it, but as a songwriter myself I’m always going to want to have a bridge vs not having one.

2025-06-11 15:36:12 +0000 UTCI agree that the songs on the album are really short, but they still have that quality that makes you want to listen to them over and over again. I think Hybe (in general), and other agencies too, are slowly starting to do this with all their groups. Maybe Enhypen was one of the pioneers (especially when they started removing bridges), and they’ve been doing it longer than other groups—that’s probably why it bothers us a bit more. But I think we have to accept that music adapts with the times. Just like there used to be songs that were 8 or even 10 minutes long (decades ago), now we’re in an era of 2–2:30 minute songs. The good thing is we can listen to them whenever we want. Hopefully, they’ll go back to the lengths we grew up with—I think this is all cyclical. I just hope we don’t end up with 1-minute songs 😅 BTW, HELIUM is a masterpiece 🔥 haha
