Thats why I'm so torn on his character. I hate organized religion and how much harm it does to minority groups like the LGBTQ+ and yet....I camt help but feel happy that someone is actually taking care of the poor and doesn't give a shit about the rich. If he wasn't prioritizing punishing people for what they do consensually behind closed doors I would actually respect him.

Because he's the only one who doesn't care a bit about titles. She and other nobles can't get away with everything awful thing they've ever done just because they were born into money, land, titles. I hate that it's because of religious reasons (because I'm not religious) but he's one of the few people in King's Landing right now that can touch Cersei's arrogance like that.
