If you really pay attention to the production it’s lowkey so well timed and colored too. Jaewon is very depressed and his scenes mimic that, the shaky cameras, the color scheme and the soundtracks. This who doesn’t feel very overly produced. The ending was so scary and gave me goosebumps. They did jaewon so dirty , my man already struggling with trauma over his dead brother , now his man ☠️ - 😭 Sn lemme stop playin but frl now his man was drowning and he probably traumatized again.

Regarding the fact that we went straight to the love scenes, I think that one interesting thing about the series is that their whole relationship is so natural, they really don't question anything and just act on their feelings, which is why some development can feel a little bit unexplained or abrupt. But I actually like that, it gives it more of a life documentary feeling than a series about love and relationship idk if that makes sense skssk

The episodes arent even that long and a lot is happening. This isnt a action or 5 minute bl k drama. Its a cute story about two boys falling in love, with one overcoming a ex and trauma. Its a romance drama who isnt rushed. It doesnt have to be crazy oder extremely fast all the time. Its a cute lovestory, where we follow the lives of two teenage boys. I never felt the show or episodes beeing slow at any point. But thats just my opinion

2025-02-26 16:01:51 +0000 UTCIt took me a lil bit to realise the disassociation element but once the penny dropped I thought they conveyed it so well. I think the fact that it takes a sec to realise adds to it cause the viewer has that lil moment of disconnect themselves.

Also Jihyun's definitely okay by the sole fact that there's four episodes left, lol. This episode may feel a little slow to some, but I loved it, and it really worked to let us sit with Jaewon's baggage and trauma and really feel that with each time they kept lingering on him and it was just silence or ocean background noise. Can't wait for the next!
