2025-02-24 20:32:51 +0000 UTCLoved that Eren appears to have come to terms with his past as well as being able to move forward confidently now thanks to what his mom said about him. He may not be "special" in the way he was thinking, but his mom certainly thought he was special simply because he was born. For the first time in a long time, Eren looked at peace with himself and it was a beautiful thing to see. That ending with the twist of Keith purposely sabotaging Eren's gear but failing to prevent him from joining the military (in the end, he really couldn't change anything...he was a bystander after all), and Carla's monologue in general were all so well-executed! The ending credits and song coming in made it that much more emotional and uplifting!
