Patreon Subscriber Update #5 - June 2017

Mom

Most of you know we had an unexpected death in the family recently. We appreciated your kind comments and thoughts. Thank you for your patience as we get back into our routine.

The Future

CD’s — We may make small CD runs of our most popular meditations, for anyone who wants high-quality CD’s. This would most likely include the original meditation, plus a version without the voices. Interested?

TMP App — we want to build an app, offering the user control over the different sounds in the meditation (tones, voices, etc.). We have no ETA at the moment, but will keep you posted on our progress.

Language in Affirmations

Jeane here. I love learning languages. When I travel to a country that is a different culture and has a different language, I take time to learn a few words and phrases, as well as customs. English — especially American English — is a “living language” made up of words from different languages & cultures, and full of colorful slang. Yet, words have power, no matter what language you speak. So, what we say is brought to life by the Universe.

When you express what you want into words, are you saying “I want”, “I need”, “I don’t want”? Choosing these words can keep you in a state of wanting and needing.  What if you were to change your language to “I have” and “It is”, and to immediately feel gratitude as if your desire were already met? It would send a powerful message to the Universe and establish the change that you want to take place. Using language that is present-tense and specific makes a big difference. For example:

Instead you could say:

Be specific. Remember the saying, “be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.” If you want more excitement in your life, be clear about how much, how often, and what kind of excitement you’re looking for, and that it’s safe and beneficial to everyone involved!

Imagine how you would feel, walk, talk, if you already had what you were seeking! Continue affirming them into existence, and end each one with “thank you” and “it is so”.

Today, and for the next 30 days, use specific, present-tense, and positive affirmations.

[Note: Patreon Subscribers can use the meditation Envision Your Life with this exercise.]

Thank you

We can’t thank you enough, so thank you!  And have a wonderful day.

Peace and Blessings,
Jesse and Jeane Stern
