Update
Added 2023-12-12 17:28:49 +0000 UTCTo give you an update, I was misdiagnosed with strep throat. The correct diagnosis is bronchitis. This lasted for two weeks, during which I was mostly confined to bed with a fever, muscle pain, and fatigue, unable to do much. Now, things seem to be under control; I only have a cough and occasional fever. Thanks to those who waited and sent their wishes. I'm going to catch up on everything now.
