Hyunjin is such an artist in every way, a beautiful poet, lyricist, singer, dancer, painter, photographer and more. He isnt even my bias but they way he writes his songs move me so much, same goes with Han tbh. Stunning work truly. i find myself tearing up when songs they wrote play :(((

I love that he writes about his emotions (slump, secret secret, run, wish you back, atc.) as well as things that he sees in shows or around himself (school life, chill, etc.). It shows how empathetic he is. I'm excited for the second part of your reaction!

2023-04-16 18:35:54 +0000 UTCI am very very late to join to this comment section and to your Patreon in general (financial problems can suck my you know what), but as you said from a songwriter's perspective, when you are like "omg Caitlin write something happy", I don't necessarily think that's needed at all. I listen to Anson Seabra, Lewis Capaldi and other artists with similar vibes, and they don't have any specifically "happy" songs. And sometimes that's really just what you need. As a fic writer, it is so much easier to write angst, than happy scenes, because it is something I can relate to much more. And I would hate to see an artist chide themselves for only writing sad songs if that's what comes out the easiest. It doesn't mean you are a sad or depressed person or that you are not fun to be around, it's just simply what you can relate to, and that's okay. <3

I wanna fight him but also that's just how he end his live which is hilarious. It also feels like y'know we're left in a limbo. Which is perfect. It's one my favorite it sounds kinda like an anime opening / ending or ost. Doodle. Changbin you genius ace if I could kiss your brain I would. Deep end is... it feels like someone crying and singing at the same time which OUCH. Someone wrote down the note he actually reached during the song and if my memory is correct he goes over 3 octaves (i can't find the tweet I want to cry π). The producer is one of Twice and she said she was unsure at the start when she met him she fell in love ! "Why doesn't they make Yongbokkie sing more??" Was what she said and it truly made me smile. Stars and Raindrop is truly Kim Seungmin and I LOVE HIM. HEAVENLY VOCALS RIGHT HERE. The producer is one of day6 and yeah a slight day6 vibe and a full K-drama one. I love Seungmin voice so much this song is such a sweet and beautiful flex of it I love it. Hug me, Jeongin please π. You can hear him smile during the song I fucking can't with him. The same boy who is always running away when his member tries to hug him made a whole song about it. I want to hug the stuffing out of him. Beautiful beautiful vocals and it give me Alcool-Free (by Twice)vibe idk why? She is a banger. Bonus: did you know Chan wrote Connected for I.N...? π
