Troubleshoot:
1. Check both links just in case 1 doesn't work
2. If you have "Power Save Mode" on turn it off! For some reason it causes a black screen to happen on the phone.
3. Try a different Browser
4. If all else Fails try using a different device like another phone, laptop, tablet, Smart TV, etc.

The problem is that it’s not playing on my monitors. I’m aware that it’s on Weverse but for some reason there’s an error message and it makes recording it hard so I screen record it. It’s just the best way that works for me.
