Project Rottweil is back!
As promised, we are deleting the old automatic transmission and fitting a 6-speed manual. Thus creating a car that BMW never did! E39 6-cylinder models were only offered with a 5-speed manual.
I'm very happy with how it turned out as everything was plug and play, and the result is a factory-like example. The following episode is going to be the blueberry on the cake as we'll be installing the S58 water intercooler and turning this E39 Touring into a proper sleeper!
