2024-01-27 03:14:49 +0000 UTCand yeah for the steak he cooked the steak before and after use the wine to deglaze and start making the sauce with the wine the butter and some starch mixed with little of water and then put the onions to cook it with the sauce and caramelized them but if you scared to burn the sauce i think you can store (idk it's the right word for the cooking in english) the sauce and start do the onion with butter or fat and then near the end of the onion put the sauce again to reheat it and make the onion absorb the sauce better
