Ramiris stated earlier that she can reincarnated herself and keep her memories if she dies so it isn't that unique to the world at large and there are stronger abilities that exist believe it or not.

Due to the skill Veldora and them sharing a soul corridor it makes Rimuru and Veldora able to ressurect each other if one of them dies. This is why Veldora says "You and I are immortal now, just relax and go with it". To oversimplify, Rimuru and Veldora share a soul and thus to kill them you need to kill both of them before they ressurect each other. Shion new skill master chef doesn't actually make her a good chef, it lets her rewrite reality itself to make the food taste good. This is because it is easier to give her a skill to rewrite reality than to give her a skill that teaches her to cook... obviously this ability can be used in some interesting ways that don't involve cooking and is actually a very very scary skill. Another thing to note is part of the skill Beelzabuth give rimuru access to all of his subordinates skills. So if a subordinate of Rimuru can do it, technically Rimuru can too. But this is way too many skills for Rimuru to deal with/keep track of so he just leaves it all to Rapheal to deal with. Raphael then created Uriel to help deal with and consolidate all the new skills. If Rimuru uses a skill and you are unsure what it was it is probably part of Uriel.
