Also known as Sword Saint, foremost Blade Master in Glory. -- Yu Wenzhou, a Warlock (Swoksaar), Blue Rain Captain. One of the Master Tacticians. Foremost Warlock in Glory. -- Wang Jiexi, a Witch (Vaccaria -- still the coolest name IMO). Tiny Herb Captain. Also known as the Magician. Foremost Witch in Glory without a doubt, and likely closest in strength to Ye Xiu, after Han Wenqing. Hell, maybe even before Han Wenqing, depending on who you talk to. -- Su Mucheng, a Launcher (Dancing Rain). Excellent Era Vice Captain, for the past 4 years. Fun fact, she's the one who named One Autumn Leaf, when they were still kids (him 15-ish, her like 12 maybe). Extra fun fact, Su Muqiu her brother was said to be just as good as Ye Xiu -- he was a Gunner God. Perhaps even more brilliant than Ye Xiu, considering the Umbrella is his design. Unfortunately, he died in an accident shortly before the League was created 😔️

2023-01-22 20:21:19 +0000 UTCYeah, so you met 2 new main characters -- -- Zhang Xinjie, a Cleric (Immovable Rock) and Tyranny Vice Captain for the past 4 years. He's one of the 4 Master Tacticians. So good that in his debut Season, he was instrumental in breaking Ye Xiu's Championship streak in that same Season (Season 4), earning Tyranny their very first Championship. -- Han Wenqing, a Striker (Desert Dust) and Tyranny Captain since conception. Also known as King of Fighting. He's the only other pro player who can claim to have been around for all 10 years of Glory, harking back to the first Season of the League. Tyranny and Excellent Era's rivalry is legendary -- even before the League teams came into being, Desert Dust (Han Wenqing) and One Autumn Leaf were already huge names in-game. Later, this rivalry transferred to their teams/fans, as the former see the latter as having thwarted their Championship ambitions for the first 3 years of the League, whereas the latter are made at the former for having ended their streak. Star players like Han Wenqing and Ye Xiu that have been around since before the League, are necessarily also part-founders of their respective teams, especially since most teams at the time had very humble beginnings, often just a few regular dudes grouping up. For instance, I recall Tao Xuan was just a Cafe manager who was friends with Ye Xiu and others who played in his Cafe, before they joined up to form a team. (For your question, I think Guo Guo was just trying to hype her fellow fans in their group chat, though I don't know how effective she was, since many are already moving on.)
