This one I could tell was filler just from the thumbnail (not because I remembered it, but from the art style and atmosphere of it). Things to know about any and all filler episodes are: 1. Nothing that happens is significant or permanent because filler can't affect the main story. 2. Characters/plans/strategies are a lot less exciting/elaborate/brilliant because Kishimoto's writing isn't backing them. 3. Naruto is usually a superstar (or at least more competent) while other characters are more dumbed down and noticeably less significant. 4. Everything is generally more simplified and lacking in depth. 5. It's all usually pretty funny. I actually made a parody of Micheal Jackson's "Thriller", titled "Filler" for the Naruto fillers. I think I still have the lyrics somewhere. I fear to share them, because it might make you wanna watch some of them xD Oh yeah, and on top of what Rohan said, an IOU literally means how it sounds - "I owe you" xP
