Royalty Mod 2.6.9 'Making Monarchy' Scenario

I mentioned in my post a while back that moving had messed up my Patreon work schedule so I wouldn't be able to post what I had originally planned for December, however I did manage to get something small done!
The Making Monarchy Scenario is part of the new Scenarios feature in TS4 and is a way for you to build your Royal Family from the ground up.
Requirements:
1 Million Simoleans
6 Grandchildren
This is supposed to be a long play scenario as the goals are quite time consuming.
Each sim in the household will receive 15,000 satisfaction points on completion!
Next month I will be returning back to my schedule but for now I hope you guys enjoy!
