I wrote recently about my efforts to resolve PTSD in someone who had experienced being a child soldier in Africa. I SUCCEEDED.
And for some reason my success is often followed by negativity. It's as if the negativity and pain of this individual is seeking revenge, such that I might regret my actions.
Since my success I've gotten my phone stolen and people around me have treated me as less than human. But just now I turn to my left and see an 8 year old boy with his family and imagine him being taken away never to see them again, And given an AK 47 and forced to kill or be killed.
The emotional damage is unfathomable.
I'd like to get back to work digging myself out of this hole. So I can be a better more stable part of this community.
I need to raise $150 for a phone and $150 for my cell service.
