Two things. A. What MJ says about this: How does commercial use work?** You’re pretty free to use the images in just about any way you want as long as it doesn’t hit one of our current two special-case restrictions. 1) If you’re using the images as an employee of a company that makes more than 1M/yr USD in revenue, you need to purchase a ‘Corporate’ plan. 2) If you’re using images in anything related to blockchain technologies, you need to pay a 20% royalty on any revenue over $20k/mo. B. So I am unsure if you can imitate Picasso's style completely. It depends on what degree. Eg. the broad strokes are fine. But if you replicate Guernica with other figures, most likely there are implications. Think of it as recreating someone else's work. You can recreate someone else's style, but stuff that resemble to specific pieces no. I know that Tom Waits was asked by Ford for a commercial. He rejected it. Ford went on and hired a singer that imitated Tom's voice. Tom sued them and won. Even if his "style" of singing can be open, once there is intention, you will most likely have issues. In general, if you are careful, I think everything is yours. Within reason and logic.

One question I have... if I search "Blue dog style Picasso." The output image belongs to me, right? Can I sell it and use it wherever I want? If yes, then it's a curse to all artists for sure!
