Greetings from Vacation!

Since October I have completed...

• 27 Youtube edits

• 60 uncut reactions

• 17 reading streams (5 of which happened all in a row last week)

My longest stretch without a single day off was 4 weeks.

Since November The Wife and I have, in chronological order...

• Spent her birthday, Nov. 5th, watching the election happen.

• Grieved for our country.

• Took The Wife to the emergency room after she had sharp stabbing pain for over an hour.

• The Wife took herself back to the emergency room a week later because her recovery wasn't going well, and I couldn't be with her.

• Took on emergency room bills we can barely afford to pay off over two years.

• Called a plumber when the bathroom backed up completely, wound up having to replace the rest of the old pipes and extend the personal loan from my conservative mother by another year.

• Nursed me through the cold I got less than a day after the plumbing was fixed.

• Became aware of a long dormant health condition I have potentially needing to be dealt with again in the coming weeks, which involves a painful procedure and adds to my medical bills.

• Scheduled a vet appointment for Pretty Boy that I'll be at today to see about a sore on his leg (that only comes without financial stress because we still have the generous funds raised from you guys a couple months back).

We are, to put it in the gentlest terms, exhausted. The Wife is physically okay and getting better, I'll be physically fine as well, but we will be collapsing into a long, long overdue period of rest and mental/emotional recovery.

After which I will take a week to plot, prepare, and organize what Gaywatch will look like in 2025 for its 5 year anniversary. <3

Tiered patrons are all set up to get 6 movie reactions and 1 series reaction (the first 2 episodes, anyway) while I'm gone. Free Members will also the get the reaction that happens to drop on Christmas Eve. I'll still be lurking here, on the Discord, and Tumblr, but for the most part I'm crawling into a hole with The Wife and hibernating.
