I'm going insane, I had seen things so I thought it would be good, but this show is really really too much fun already. I hope to enjoy more episodes with Brittany when she gets the time :D

Here is again the survival post for Brittany: When she is able to continue the reactions, these are things that MLC is a master about and important aka watcher survival kit. No spoilers! - Pause as MUCH as you like. We won't mind. (We did it too) Dissecting the episodes or scenes is a treat. - Cinematography (Brittany noticed this already ๐) - Facial expressions, body movements, eyes (very important) - Subtitles (Sometimes, they go very fast in important parts like subtext) . Big stories and side stories are important (Focus on them like your life depends on them) "Few re-watches (5)" told me this. - Costumes, those beautiful costumes (Sometimes VERY color coded) Like black / white and red in the pilot start fight. - The Duo's, Trios and what not. (Just you wait) - MUSIC - I would say, binge about 2-3 episodes on next times you watch if you can. (Trust us. You saw the reason on episode 2 ๐) - Fox Spirit, the best boy IS the best boy - In the original novel, it is clearly said that Lianhua build the Lotus Tower / house from Di Feisheng's ship wreckage. - It is a shame you can't watch intro/outro yet. They are both beautiful. - Some episodes you need / You want to rewatch again. ๐ + few other helpful bits will be added as more episodes pass. Can't wait for the rest of your reactions!

2023-10-19 11:43:12 +0000 UTCalright so 3 things: 1. the trio are absolutely multi- and poly-shippable. i personally dont ship Fang Duobing with Li Lianhua or Di Feisheng bc i see them as more similar to Jin Ling's relationship with WWX/LWJ, but i can definitely see how others do. 2. as far as Be Gay Solve Crime vs Be Gay Do Crime, we get both. sometimes simultaneously, 3. im really excited for Di Feisheng to get more screen time and get your reaction/thoughts on the dynamic with Li Lianhua, bc its so good. So. Good. and hes always on his Hot Boy Shit, so you have that to look forward to. ok time for my third watch-through.
