RWRB. Read the book ( listen to the audio too, several times, is perfect) and now watched the movie. Is better that what I expected, specially for those who havenβt read it, because you get most of the Hery/Alex moments, you just loose all the extra (extra characters, extra life, more richness to everything). But for two hours is ππΌ. But if you want aaaallll the context go check out the book after (so you enjoy the movie as it is) or the audiobook, if you struggle reading. Caseyβs way of writing is just beautiful and some sentences are just pure gold β€οΈ

2023-08-11 11:05:10 +0000 UTCFor those of you soon to react to rwrb, I'd advise that you not to expect the book. It likely won't be the same but it'll tribute to it. In order to enjoy it in full, and I really hope we all do, you might want to leave expectations at the proverbial door π. There's a lot of layers in the book that might be absent or altered.
