what are you using to open it? cause so far some of the patrons Ive talked to said it was fine for them, so could be an issue on your end?
2019-03-11 22:42:23 +0000 UTCI get an error when trying to un-archive using 7zip (no issues with rar files in the past). Maybe can you try a zip format instead?
