hit enter instead of shift-enter, oops. SO. My personal take is that I didn't get comfortable with the new actor until the official season 2. They were a little TOO on the nose for me with how they treated him during the special, so it felt a little forced and awkward. Once season 2 got into full swing where he was just acting, he was wonderful. And yes, the orgies are utterly beautiful, every time.

There are speculations that the actor was having arguments with the director regarding the path for the character, speculations that the actor was uncomfortable with the sex scenes, accusations of transphobia which have been denied by the actress playing Nomi....so basically we have the official explanation "creative differences".
