Dec 2024 Updates, Pre-orders, +Rewards!

Okay, it's December and the interface is new on my side! Maybe I like it, maybe I don't. Haven't decided yet.

BUT! Let's go ahead and get our usual order of business out of the way before I crack into the good stuff.

Fertile Valley: That's right, Virgil and I are doing another series next year! This one is a similar project to Succubus Summoner (Virgil's story, his rules, etc) and is a cozy tale inspired by such farming games like Harvest Moon and Stardew Valley. Dead and Horny 2: Book is ready to be published, but guess what? We are having art problems with the cover!

I do have an artist commissioned for it, but suddenly the turnaround went from a week to a month. We'll have to see what happens.

Island for Horny Monsters: the final edits should be back to me by month's end. Expect a Jan/February release. I do have an artist booked for this cover, but she won't start drawing until January.

Artwork: You all are gonna see at least two new Caretaker artworks pop this month. I have a few more, but am trying to spread out my posts so you all aren't bombarded with them.

Art has been a weird, touch subject for pretty much every author I know. AI art exploded onto the scene in Spring of this year (even more so than in year's past) and trying to track down a decent artist anymore is super hard. While my own thoughts on AI art are fairly nuanced, it's created a weird market where writers will find a good artist and then tell NOBODY that they exist. I even know an author who reserved all of an artist's commissions for the next six months (yes, you read that right) just to ensure that they have their art on time.

In fact, I have a secret artist of my own doing advance work on a series I likely won't start until late next year. The industry is weird.

Halls of Magic 3: will start production in January. Thanks to anyone who remembered to leave a review for Halls 2.

Master Class 6: will be the final book in the series and is going to start production sometime in February.

Just a Reminder that this Patreon will change sometime next year based on the new rules that are forcing me to switch to Subscription billing. I will have a full post either end of this year or start of the next. (The super short version is that I would be royally fucked if I hadn't diversified over the last couple of years)
