September 2025 Second Update Cycle Charged Post!

This is the Charged Post for the August 2025 Second Update Cycle!
Charged Posts lock the new battler designs that will be created and released throughout the following month.
New Animated battlers will be launched as individual full releases indicating wether they belong to the First or second update cycle, while new Static battlers will be merged into a single pack including the designs in both update cycles, for the sake of easy tracking and organization, In total, there are eight battlers, split across two update cycles—four design releases per cycle!
I am concious between a very intensive and recent focus on art training to improve the quality of Librarium assets on every front and some recent personal situations, these releases have been slowed, trust me when I say, that situation changes for good this month,thanks for your patience so far!
