Posting schedule update (due to my surprise birthday gift)
Added 2024-11-02 19:51:49 +0000 UTCGood evening, everyone. I’m sorry to drop this on you with almost no notice, but my girlfriend has surprised me today with an early birthday present - we’re off on holiday next week.
She’s been very sneaky planning all this in for my non-teaching week, and basically giving the impression the plan was a much more lowkey week together. The kicker is that I promised not to take my laptop next time we went abroad, thinking it would be next summer and not so soon. We’ve had quite a few talks recently about how much time I’m spending between writing, uni work, and her, and I’m not going to go back on the promise, even if it’s come as a surprise. She’s spoiling me and I do feel so blessed to have someone who cares this much about me in my life.
On to the story stuff. I’ve got about half of Temptaiton Chapter 9 written. I’m hungover AF today after going out for a housemates birthday and haven’t been able to look at my laptop all day 🤢. I’m going to do my best to get as much writing done as I can tomorrow.
I’m aiming to get the next Temptation posted Monday before our flight, maybe late tomorrow night if I’m lucky. However, I think my next post won’t be until the following Sunday, maybe even a day or two later, as the most writing I’ll get done will be opportunistic moments on my phone.
Again, I’m sorry to leave you all waiting on the next Gothicc High/KHBH for longer than I’d like, this isn’t intentional and I hope you can find a little patience for my next posts. In return I will do my best to make them even spicier than normal.
I’ll be writing as fast as I can when we’re home to get back on track with the schedule asap.
