Finally got around to reading this. Loved God’s Madness and appreciated getting a chance to see the scenario laid out. Haven’t run it yet, but a few notes from my read through: - there’s a mention that Vicki’s husband Greg installed a copy of PE but he doesn’t appear anywhere else in the text - a seeming timing issue: from the “bubble breaks” section I infer that PE finally burns out McKay’s laptop and phone, collapsing his bubble and provoking his murderous rampage. But according to the “timeline”, McKay was the last user to activate the program; how are Vicki and Wallace’s instances of PE still rolling, and their bubbles still intact, if they were using it before McKay? - the choice that the Shape gives to creatures unknow to truth isn’t clear. Are they choosing between madness and evil? Striving against madness and evil or surrendering to them? Finding or defining the line? I was confused. Thanks! I just finished slogging through "Waking Up" for a book club and found some fun and eerie parallels between Cowell and Harris and their projects. Would love to see a v2
