DELTA GREEN RULES FOR OTHER SUPERNATURAL THREATS

I've had this question a lot. "What system would you use to run [X horror work of fiction]?" or "How can I model [X monster] in Delta Green or some other system?" For the most part, I answer (unsurprisingly) that Delta Green is the best choice for horror (duh). It's a robust and simple engine that can accomplish many things without too much fiddliness.

I had a question of this sort a few weeks back, "could you model the vampires in Stephen King's 'Salem's Lot in the Delta Green system?" Actually, they're absurdly easy to model. Not only that, but I've run them in a one-off some years back in Delta Green and it worked great.

Enjoy my write-up of the lesser vampires (and I'm trying to dig up my stats for Kurt Barlow and Straker, as well...)

DELTA GREEN RULES FOR OTHER SUPERNATURAL THREATS

Comments

I enjoyed the early King of Salem's Lot, Christine, Dead Zone and Firestarter more than anything other than his first few Dark Tower books, so thanks for the memory flashback and I find these vamps as highly DG as Dead Zone or Firestarter.

Book.

I look forwards to that. Will these be more like the B&S of the book, or the very different Tobe Hooper versions.
