The Dorkfactory has turned 3!

I am very happy to say that today, the dorkfactory has been running for three years! I absolutely love sculpting miniatures. It's an insane amount of work but every single time I finish one and see it printed I get completely amped and dive right back into the cycle of creating a new one. It's been a wild ride but things just keep slowly and steadily getting better and better.

My gratitude to everybody who has supported the dorkfactory is infinite. You guys are what keep the miniatures churning out month after month. Not only am I deeply honored every time somebody finds my stuff and actually considers it worthy of spending money on, but I'm still in awe of how creative and friendly the online 3d printing community is.
I've gotten to know quite a few people through the dorkfactory now and I look forward every day to seeing what mind-blowing new paint jobs, kitbashes and miscellaneous hobby projects you guys come up with. I also really enjoy all the conversations I have with fellow nerds about nerd stuff on a nearly daily basis now.

To celebrate the 3rd year of dorking out, I've put together a couple things:

1: The Remastered CYBERPEDE

A little-known fact: This is actually the model that sparked the creation of the dorkfactory patreon. I had made a couple dozen models at that point but when I finished this guy I decided I'd give the minimaker world a go.

Being pretty old at this point, he needed a little TLC; So I fixed up his geometry, replaced all the spindly bits with thicker versions, and finally chopped and supported him.

It's a pretty weird model. I have no idea what he's supposed to be used for, lol, but I've always been kinda proud of his unsolicited weirdness.
