Burn The Stage Episode 8

Comments

Hey Jim. Thank you for this reaction to the series. It really means a lot to me. I really like your honesty and your true reactions. It feels like I'm watching together with a friend and it makes me feel unserstood. The music, the passion, the people, the bond, the connection... Everything about BTS feels special.

Hi Jim, I just want to tell u that I’ve been following your journey since your very first BTS video - I thought u were a bit of a smart ass back then haha. But you’ve really come so far, and I see the growth in u. I really loved what u said about them as people and their bond, it is so true and only true ARMYs understands and knows

Thanks Jim for being open with us!

As always a wonderful reaction and I hope you realize that we are all here for you too. I get you. My daughter tried to introduce me to BTS a week after they debuted. My daughter was 10 at the time and I just brushed off the things she was saying.....for YEARS!!!! I've been ARMY for 5 years now, and I wish I could have a conversation with my old self and say "Hey, listen to your daughter." I missed out on so much, but apparently I wasn't ready at the time. I have never FELT for a musician, artist, celebrity like I do for BTS, and I honestly don't think it can be replicated. They are truly amazing. I've been watching your reactions since the beginning and it's just been a joy watching your journey so far. Can't wait for more!

they have a continuation of this documentary the year after for their love yourself tour called bring the soul. and also "break the silence" documentary. and they are equally good. i think there is both a movie and a series. but i haven´t watched them yet. only the first two ep

the numbers at the end is the date of the concert where the pictures was taken. they are all from year 2017, and then the last numbers are the date. i get what you mean about feeling bad for the guys. i do too. but as fans we can´t help but be selfless sometimes we just want them to give us more music to enjoy. and now after some time i have become more peaceful. i want them to continue with the music but if they want to take it slow, so solo work in between team sound then i am okay with that too. i actually want to see them grow individually too. some armys have not yet accepted this. and younger fans who loves jk and V has stopped supporting the other members, because they feel it´s a competition. but i dont get it. nothing has changed. I truly hope they will do solo songs at part of their concert in 2025.

I agree, army will not grow tired of BS just because they can´t dance. i mean look how we swallow beautiful stages and voices just as much. younger people might think kpop is about the dance and if you only like that then you wont like the other parts of them. one thing bighit has done so well is knowing exactly what army want. i think the staff is army too. Jimin said they all miss Jin, both staff and producers. and just imagine those who translate their videos they can´t help becoming fans and they often use armys own name for certain things. like Suga is a cat. there is so many moments when you watch behind the scenes stuff. they will just make the stage incredible even if the members only dance more slowly. but hey look at PSY he can still dance and he is 45.

Coucou! :) I was emotional too watching your reaction. I really feel what you were talking about, i think its sad that men don't have the space to express feelings. To be honest I do think the world would be so much less toxic if everybody could have the possibility to just be vulnerable from time to time and don't be scared to receive backlash from others because of it. I really happy that you express that, and i agree that it must be hard. Its something that i see from many of my male friend, family members too. I think its one of the main reason i can stand BTS you know, they feel authentic and real because they are open about their feelings and they can express it so well. If not by words it's their actions, the things they want to talk about, and mostly we saw them grow. Like for Tae, their journey is admirable. And you are so right saying that you need to be ready for BTS. I really feel that, I knew of them before becoming army but i wasn't ready yet, and the saying that they come for you when you need it the most couldn't be more right from my experience! Anyways thats it for me haha sorry for the novel i just write! And thanks for your reaction! 🙈**Also (because you mentioned it in the BTS sunday live) take all the time you need for yourself, i'm always happy to receive a notification from you but I still prefer you take time to rest, or do things just for you, its probably the same we all feel about BTS in a way!) 💜 Take care!

Aw seeing you get a little emotional and choked up at the end, it's okay. These episodes can get heavy and overwhelming. I've cried numerous times in every single docu for many different reasons but i think mainly it was because of how much LOVE i could feel radiating from their words and their eyes. Every "thank you" and "i love you" is truly hard hitting because we know they mean it from the depths of their soul. I think you've done a really good job at describing bts and their success. I've never been good with words but you always do an amazing job.

Whatever works best for him. 😊 It's all bts in the end so i'm happy. I just love the docus so much and get excited about them. :')

Cheyenne

as much as I would like Jim to react to those docu-series before In The Soop, I think he deserves a mental break and should watch at least the first season of In The Soop before bouncing back to the docu-series lol :)

Makayla Vante

I agree! Finish the rest of the docu series because it's so good! If you're already loving this series, you'll continue to fall in love and be amazed by their hard work. We already have another bts docu in the makings set to release this year so you might as well catch up! 😉

Cheyenne

I love this documentary and now I'm really excited for In The Soop ❤️

The numbers refer to the date! 171007 would be year, month, day: 2017, oct 7th. I enjoyed re-watching this series with you! Can't wait til you watch their other docuseries too :)

Hey Neha! Thank you for the kind words. Ill see what I can do :)

Hello Mr. Jim. First time commenting. Love your channel. This band of brothers helped me so much with my anxiety, depression, and confidence in self. I can never repay them that is for sure. I was wondering if you would do Bring the Soul and Break the Silence before you do In the Soop (unless you already have done them). No pressure :) I hope you take care of yourself. Thank you for your time, energy, and love too 💜
