The "chair" is one ofJackson Wang's Team Wang collection. It cost $4,656 USD and there were only 99 produced.

Oh God I remember that footage of JK by Dispatch. lol going out to buy his banana milk lol

That was a guess made by media back in like 2018/2019 and they ranked J-Hope first because of the success of Hope World, but D2 has also come out since then and was successful. Namjoon probably makes the most out of all the members in royalties. Is there a good chance it might be one of the rap line members? Yes because they’ve released more solo content and have more writing/producing credits for both themselves and other people, but we don’t know what kind of investments any of the members have. Maybe some members have had a better return than others, maybe some have even lost some money from investments. We also don’t know all of their charitable donations and how much each of them have donated through the years. We know some, but not all. Basically what I’m saying is, no one actually knows who the richest member of BTS is. Probably the members of BTS themselves don’t even know unless they just sit around comparing their financial accounts and portfolios.

Everything in Seoul is pretty compact. Most of your celebrities do live in Apartment complexes (and they do tend to be more modest in design on the inside), but that’s standard. Location, square foot, etc. For us and what we’re used to seeing on TV, this seems like he’s living modestly. To people living in Seoul though, this would not be modest living. RM and Jimin both own homes in Nine One Hannam, which is one of, if not the most expensive complexes, in the city. Both of their flats cost over $5 million - I think Namjoon’s is almost $6M. Where I live, a $5M-$6M dollar home would look completely different to how their homes do at the same price.

the rankings of boys net worth putting J-hope as the richest were way before Jack in the box era.

Maya

no no, I mean the big dinning table, the wooden one. Idk how much was the one in a tv room. Probably pretty expensive too and like you said, it wasn't even worth it haha

Maya

Oh, that explains it. I was wondering why he was washing the Togo container

50 grand for a table for the dust magnet! No wonder he mentioned it. Then again it's marble and looks fantastic.

Lol Yes!

Interesting. I will look for more videos of house tours they decided to share. I guess it shouldn't surprise me that they live modestly. They always seem so humble. I wonder why J-Hope is the richest? Maybe Jack in the box made a lot of money?

I feel you both about black colored things, I got black sink in my kitchen because I thought it looked cool. And it did, until I started using it lol. Even after washing it with different detergents, it looks smudgy and dirty. And the thing about recycling. Koreans take this things very seriously. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that the part of the law. Korea is in top of list of counties that recycle the most. And yup, disposable plastic plates or delivery plastic containers need to be washed before thrown away.

What RM really needs in his studio is Desk Tequila.

This appartement is in the most expensive area in seoul. I think i read somewhere that he gave 5 -7 million for the appartement. Jimin has an appartement hear RM but the others live far away i think Jin has 1 hour drive from JK´s place. there is a youtube video covering where they live. Jk was once noticed going to the grocery store for a milk in his slippers hehe. so they do live a modest life. Suga talked about his home being styled after his fathers style maybe old fashioned. and we have seen pictures from V, JK and RM´s place but not the others. Jimin is very private i wonder if we get a tour of each members house. J-hope don´t share much either. there is no top luxurious homes in korea like you see in New York or LA. this is pretty much it. at least when i watch kdramas i have seen many types of homes and this is how a celleb lives. there is not many houses in the city. but they might have a vacation home. J-hope is suppose to be the riches member but idk why exactly. there is a YT video about it, and Armys have even visited Jimin´s dad cafe in Busan and was flocking to shake his hand. he closed the cafe the day after because everything was sold out hehe. not for good but to rest hehe

plus, Namjoon's apartment, for the most part, looks like a typical korean-style apartment. His is much just a little bigger and has over a 100 art pieces in it. There's this korean program called "I live alone", where they're showing how korean celebrities live. Most of the celebrities (also, another big k-pop artists like SHINee, Big Bang, TVXQ) have very similar apartments to Namjoon. And yeah, maybe the interior looks modest, but most of these apartments are in Gangnam, the most expensive part of Seoul. Some of these apartments cost between 2 to 9 million usd. And even tho I say, it looks modest, it probably isn't. That table in his dining room? It costed over 50,000 usd 😅

Maya

not that I know for sure, but I believe all of them probably have a modest place like RM, obviously because they are all modest people, but my brain made me think that RM was used to living with 6 other people so he probably didn't want something so big that it would seem empty. I remember after this dropped, everyone understood why the other members said RM's house looked like a museum in the festa dinner vid lol
