j hope 'MORE' Official MV Reaction / Deep Dive

as a former metalhead, this is everything I could ever dream of from my bias. jsut brilliant! I can never get enough of his artistic genius with all the little details that he puts so much effort into

When I first listened to this, I thought it was good, but not really my style. But I was still super proud of J-Hope for doing it. Now, after having listened to it more, it's grown on me a lot. It's still not my normal style, but I like it much more now. It comes on and I'm like "Yeah, J-Hope!" And the rest of his album is amazing as well. So proud of our Hobi for doing all of this.

yes exactly the lack of content makes them desperate for attention. i can´t understand why they love bp so much. i mean they only do fashion show events right now

exactly yes. Blinks are horrible. Even at the celine event they were desperately screaming that Lisas the main event, not ''anyone else''. Completely editing out V and Bogum in some clips. Saying that V and Bogum are the ''pheasants'' that had to travel in Lisas private jet( it was actually sent by Celine too) They are hungry for anything because BP hasn't released anything in years.

I truly adore it. Although I love most genres of music, more rock and alt vibes are generally what I gravitate towards. Although there was some tracks on hopeworld that weren't super happy etc like blueside, the vibes for More are truly god tier. I remember in the Festa the guys saying that his album will all flow well and fit a specific vibe, so I'm not sure if that means the tracks will be similar to this, or if it flows thematically (like you said, as a jack of all trades type situation). Regardless, I'm so excited to see how it will be, and I trust it will be spectacular

there is also talk of a posible jinnie from Blackpink collaboration with j-hope on the album. track 3 to be exact. one of the BP producers wrote that, that was his favorite song som the album. me personally don't want this collab to happen. Blackpink fandom is known to be one of the worse so they would probably ruin the moment for j-hope by saying the song is all jennies. they have done it before. and i want j-hope to shine on his own so we can get to know him better. this album review will be all about the collab if that happens.

i loved it i normally don't like this type of music but wow i was shocked i can´t wait to see this live. i wish i could go to lollapalooza but i have to watch it here on the internet instead i just hope people won't leave or maybe they could sell cheap tickets for armys waiting outside if they don't want to watch him. many had tickets before j-hopes announcement and if they hear a kpop act will appear they might not give him a change. but i hope they will because this will blow their minds.

I LOVE this song and I'm excited for the new album FOR SURE, and also very excited for the stream of this album to discuss it with you and Otters, I love your analogy of Jack of all trades and I think this might just be the actual meaning and message of this album 😌 We know already from FESTA that this album is going to have a storytelling nature to it and I can't wait to hear it 💜 I SAY MORE 🤘

Knew this was right up your alley! my initial reaction was like you said, startling because he was taking me to an unfamiliar territory and I got nervous. But because Hobi is my ultimate bias I had to trust him and on repeated listening I revelled in the chaos of the box which he pushed me into... BTW just wanted to mention two particular translation of the lyrics - "I'm in my elements" direct translation is "I'm a fish that meets the water" following from the previous mention of "surfing", and also "I feel alive" direct translation is "feels alive and breathing" again following from "inhale*2 exhale*2" Anyway that latter line finally made me buy a resale ticket to lollapalooza, gotta witness this man belt this out with my own 2 eyes... Meantime looking forward to your full album run thru on the 15th:-)

I believe at the Festa dinner RM said that J Hopes album was very consistent and tight and followed one theme telling a story. So there is a good chance that the album is going to be like this.

Namjoon said that Hobi album is constant and linear, it follow a storyline and a style. We don't know if he was talking just about lyric or genre too, but they were talking about the flowing of the tracklist, and the fact that albums tracks don't have to flow together and that is trendy to shuffle genres in playlist nowdays. They said that Hobi is really constant in Jack in the box, so MAYBE you can hope the full album is similar to MORE Jim

I LOVE IT. I used to listen to alternative rock and punk in my teens, and I still listen to it time to time. Listening him in this genre is so cool and new, I love it. PS: the hat thing is probably the hat of a Jockster Jim, since he is the Jack in The Box. I guess Jack is his artistic alterego that had to remein in a box for 9 years
