2022-09-07 00:09:17 +0000 UTCI love the big check ins so much - the way you guys normalise talking about this stuff, and this one was a really useful one because I also tend to catastrophise, but often don't even think of it that way -- just "realistically thinking about the future" -- it's great to hear you actively stepping outside those habitual mind patterns and helps me to do that too. also, I feel like when cool/funny/kind people say they have similar thinking patterns to me it helps me to notice it's just a human thing, rather than something specifically bad about me
