Hard Patreon Changes and posible "reset" (and Calendar fixed)

Hello everyone. 

To avoid throwing a super wall of text, I'll divide this update in 2 parts; my motives and then the changes. I'll post the changes a bit later.

For now I'll post my motives. I know I have changed Patreon rules constantly in attempts tomake it better but stuff keeps not working too well. I've been thinking for a while now on the path my Patreon has been taking over the years.  Starting with my health: the constant "need" to post every month almost every type of content (sketches, wips, voting, comics, etc.), it's starting to have a negative effect on me, I even start to forget to post stuff, or mess up the calendar (this month calendar is fixed by the way) and other things. Therefore my intention is to remove such stress and be able to draw without the pressure again and focus on the quality like I always intended. 

To accomplish this I'll make a variety of hard changes, simplify everything and avoid complex point systems with math formulas and such. As for the content, it has been about 8 years of using this platform! As you may know the whole rewards are mostly based on voting and deciding what content is next each month. It worked for a while but after some time it started to create problems. I tried to rework it a bit before, change this and that, but I think is not working anymore and it always was confusing. I think I will completely remove it and rework the rewards in a much simpler way. Only a minor % of patrons vote, I know some prefer being anonymous, while others don't join to vote or other reasons.  I don't mind this, but it also means the system can't be used for the majority and needs to be changed to something everyone, or most can or want to use.

So a bit later I'll post what the changes will be. Hopefully you like the simplified way of things. Just know that about half of the tiers will be removed and just focus on 3 or 4.
