(Update) Rotating Content, Funding Shop, Cassie Ask/Answer

Hello, I'm doing a small update.

Context: As you know, Rotating Content decides the next content to be funded that aren't comics. Then next month they get funded at the Funding Shop, and the next month gets posted.

Basically this as example:

August: Rotating Content Voting
September: Winner gets funded at Funding Shop
October: Gets posted.

So as you can see there is a long wait. I'm changing that.

This month there won't be Rotating Content, so it doesn't queue for next month. The reason is, I want Rotating Content be voted and funded in the same month.

Example:

August: Rotating Content gets voted and Funded at the Funding Shop
September: Gets posted.

My objective is removing that unnecesary month.

The Funding Shop will still have that section. Just wanted to clarify it, I hope it makes sense! And if not... Then don't worry, this is a positive update XD.

What about Ask/Answer?

Since we are skipping one Rotating Content, I want to compensate it with testing the Ask/Answer with the character Cassie. I'll make a proper post soon about it. Thanks for the support you gave to that new mechanic!
