Fertile Lands Page 13 Notification

I got notified by Meraence that he needs to do something this month and will keep him busy for a week, we aren't sure if this is enough time for him to deliver the Color for the page 13. So for now we will just post the WIP as usual and if he manages to deliver it then we will post the color normally.
