Like Real People Do
Added 2025-09-17 19:43:40 +0000 UTCI am kind of but not really sad to say that this next part of LRPD is the end. I love Daisy, and Simon, and Riley so much, and writing them has honestly been one of my favorite fics. I love all my stories but something about them being more fleshed out and more original really got me. It makes me think I could actually take one of these half assed started books and actually do it.
I want to move on to other things (like finishing Melos and SM, possibly writing for Ava and Olivia) and I want to write Daisy and Simon without the pressure of continuing to tell a consecutive story, or coming up with an ending that does them justice. There are still scenes I've written, and ones I want to write (Simon's POV of Daisy getting clipped by Blue's collar and the resident scenes. Plus I have more trauma to inflict upon them...) and this really takes the pressure off and will let me just write these one offs without weaving them into the overarching story. I've known this is going to be the last chapter for a few weeks now, and waited to let you all know until I was sure.
Anyway, I hope you've enjoyed it like I have. They're really special to me and sharing them, knowing you all are reading and enjoying them, it means a lot. Thank you all for being here.
