I had a lot of fun creating this recipe and I'm really happy with the way it turned out.
I saw a few similar recipes online that inspired this one. Problem was, the balsamic taste was super overpowering in all of them.
It took me a few days to find the right balance of sweet and tangy, but I think this dish really came together well.

OMG this is amazing! 20 years ago i worked at jenny Craig and they had this awesome BBQ beef bowl and it tasted just like this so good. I didnt have beef broth so sub in low sodium chicken broth so good. I cut recipe in half and i have a meal to freeze and lunch tomorrrow after dinner tonight. Make this so easy not a lot to clean up
