Hi Davide, thanks for supporting my work! Probably you just want to trigger cowgirl manually but I take the opportunity to point out that every wanderer mode behaviour (cowgirl included) can be activated using the new girl-UI. Just expand the first section using the "+" button and the available behaviours will be selectable at any moment. So you just wait for her to walk near you and while idling a purple button should appear in the girl-UI. Note that if you then press the "+" again you will make visible specific options if present (like during cowgirl or dance). About manual trigger instead (like going down with head to make cowgirl start), they have been disabled by default since 1.12. I thought that since the girl-UI introduction it could have been confusing to keep too many activation modes in parallel, so I switched them off. But they're still there though! You can enable them again in the girl-UI config section (the double arrows grey button) through the "Enable manual triggers" flag (and in case disable girl-UI in the general UI). I just tested it briefly in the dev build I'm working on now and it seems to work fine, but if you notice unexpected outcomes let me know and I'll take a deeper look. Also no problem asking for new features, I always take note of the requests and when I have a bit of free time (not often) I start to think about their feasibility. The dress/undress one is a controversial point since it implies the development of an awareness logic for the girl that should always know if and how is dressed, understand when interact with the dress according to the next behaviour and eventually do it properly. I get your point though, Regolo Engine has been developed to enhance immersion, so even if I'm afraid it will not be shortly I think I will try to work on it in the future. hi. new sub here and first of all i wanted to thank you, this is really a game changer for me! i wanted to ask a question. I'm having some troubles triggering the new cowgirl. if i understand it correctly it should trigger based on my head height when in wanderer mode, right? this doesn't seem to work for me, it just causes weid collisions on the guy's body, what am i doing wrong? i also wanted to leave you a suggestion/request. Do you think it could be possible to make the girl undress based on her next action? for example it would be amazing if she could remove her panties (or expose them for the ones that supports it) before fingering. This imo would take the immersion to the next level, so i could just sit and enjoy the show instead of interacting with the edit menu to undress her Anyway keep up the good work, i can't wait for the next release!

Hi, thanks for your support and for the suggestion! I'm using google wavenet for speech synthesis and even if I'm pretty satisfied for it being a computer generated voice I agree it could be better. In this sense I hope Tacotron2 will improve the overall quality, but I could also explore alternative solutions before then. The publish schedule is monthly, so expect 1.13 at the end of july, for sure before august. I'm not on vam hub at the moment.

Hi Lucien, if you want to access to the latest features (from 1.10 release onwards) you have to select the "Wanderer anima" from the anima drop down menu in the plugin general UI. Since I'm slowly migrating the old system to the new one the plugin still starts as it did till 1.10, so you have to manually select it. Once selected the Wanderer anima she will try to reach the center of the room and then the boy will raise from the couch. After that you will be able to move the boy with keyboard arrows or simply possess him. Girl will follow, girl UI will appear, and you will access to the latest functionalities. No need to add the script to boy too, all it's centralized and you will always need it on the girl only. If you need further help please feel free to ask me again here or even via pm if you prefer.

I had trouble getting this to work, I'm wondering if I have to add the script to the male as well ? And how do I possess the male and be able to move him around

Hi PatrAE, thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying it! The girl-UI is a feature of the new "wanderer anima" and appears only during that mode (and during standard dance behaviour since it lets you modify the speed of the last two dance styles). When you switch anima/obsession it will disappears since the old system has not been integrated in the new one yet. Also, when active the girl-UI becomes invisible after some seconds of inactivity. You can have it appearing again moving the cursor on it. You can modify transparency level and timer in its config section though (the double arrows grey button). There you can also force it to be always visible flagging the "Always on" toggle. Lastly you're right about the play mode, girl-UI is not visible while using it. Hope it helps, otherwise let me know the scenario and I will gladly investigate 😉 .

The AI-driven cowgirl behavior is incredible! I do want to mention that I'm having some trouble getting the new Girl UI to appear consistently. Unchecking and checking the box helps sometimes. Also, does the Girl UI only appear in VAM Edit Mode (vs. Play Mode)? Thanks!

Hi stabby, thanks! All of the last functionalities (like the free locomotion mode and basically all of the animations you saw in the 1.10, 1.11 and 1.12 promo video) are available selecting the "wanderer anima" in the anima drop menu. Just load the plugin, select "wanderer anima" and wait for the boy to stand up. Starting from there you will be able to move him by possession or using the keyboard arrows. The girl will walk near you and then you will be able to interact with her. Also there are a lot of additional info on controls, trigger, reactions and more in the previous three release posts (for example, if you look at her she will not follow you, otherwise if you are far enough she will move). Feel free to ask me if you feel stuck again or want insights 👍.

Hi Darren, thanks for asking. Yes the final aim is to make the "couch experience" available everywhere, so ultimately the possibility for the girl to choose autonomously what to do as in the mix@chair behaviour (and beyond that, in my head). That is what I refer to when I speak about the two worlds that collide. Obviously, since there are no more fixed reference point like the couch, I needed to create a more robust basis before then. It's no easy task, so I'm proceeding by steps. First I needed a locomotion mode different from the destinations system in place till then, for the boy and the girl. Then an evolved animation system robust enough to compensate positional variance. Then an UI that would give access to the different contextual information that now can change a lot. All of this (and a lot more) has been developed in the last three releases, before then it was impossible to translate a rail experience like the "couch engine" to the "freedom" one. Now a good number of tools are available, so from now on a more evident translation can take place more easily. I think you will recognize some of the old traits in 1.13 already, along with some crazy experiments I always love to do 😉 .

This is a really interesting use of VAM and looks like it has tons of possibilities, keep it up! One question i have is how do you move the male around the room? I've tried turning off all nodes except the head but he seems to be stuck to the couch. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

Thank you! Not sure if it;s just me but everything (animations, speech etc) feels a little slicker in this release. The new menu system is cool and i can see the potential. Having the menu follow the girl was a little disorientating at first but i soon got used to it and the freedom cowgirl is my favourite behaviour so far. Really nicely done and the level of variation is great. Drunk mode really is too funny. Glad you left it ;) I'm curious about the general direction going forward - the thing i love best about the engine are behaviours like the mix@chair where the girl essentially become autonomous and feels like she has her own mind to decide what happens next. Do you intend to have similar behaviours available in the freedom world? Having a girl with a personality and ability to mix things up without explicit instruction is what makes the engine really special and unique from other button driven scenes IMO. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to doing some more testing later today :)
