The idea behind this scene is that both ladies are desperate to release their lust, and they entered a dirty room full of trash and disorder in the Leaf Village, a mattress already soaked and brown from Tsunade and Hinata's waste, a pile of puke in front by Tsunade, and Hinata's big pregnant belly! [This last part was requested by a patron].
