Technically speaking, they can't both meet each other for the first at the same time. 10 met River in series 4. If we don't count each version as a new possible first time meeting. What's left is the possibility of seeing River meeting The Doctor for the very first time, if they don't wish to leave that a never ending mystery. Which I imagine is what you meant by seeing them meet for the first time.
