Welcome to the wonderful worlds and times of Dr Who, I have literally grown up with this show and I am 50+. I won't give too much away as it is fun to learn things yourself, but basically it is about the Doctor who is a traveller in time & space and his many many adventures. The show first aired on 23rd November 1963, the day after Kennedy was assassinated and ran continuosly until 1989 when is was cancelled and these episodes are generally called 'Classic Who'. There was a TV movie in the mid 90's until this revival in 2005 and these episodes are referred to as 'New Who'. You will have a million questions but you will get answers as the show progresses. Hope you enjoy the ride!
